I appreciated the early check in. It was a great convenience. the breakfast selection had many options i liked. It was delicious.
the pricey parking cost of twenty pounds was not ideal though.

the hotel offered a parking space very close to the entrance. the premises was clean, and all staff members acted friendly and helpful. i found some great bars in the hotel vicinity and enjoyed looking around the waterfront. checking in later was quick and the staff answered all questions with a smile.
the car park was full on arrival i was directed to another car park a 10 min walk to the hotel

the breakfast food was of great quality in a nicely laid out space. the hotel provided full english breakfast and menu ordering if the buffet selection was not sufficient. canal boat and park views accompanied eating.

my room had nice toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. there was also an iron with ironing board. the room included air conditioning and a safe. i enjoyed the canal view from my ninth-floor room.

the hotel location near the train station proved perfect. i found the docks worthwhile with ample opportunity for food, drinks, and socializing. the hotel presented itself as very central, close to the train station and the city center.
